I train you in the comfort of your home! No equipment is needed as I bring everything to you.
First off an assessment is conducted to determine your goals and physical state. Using this info I set up a training
strategy which will guide us on your journey to greatness.
Your program is structured according to your set goals and will be updated as necessary.
I use a combination of high intensity interval training, functional training, yoga, pilates and kettlebells to achieve your
goals.

I offer personal fitness training in the gym or home environment to anyone wanting improve their overall well being, of which exercise is a big part. I am a qualified trainer through Reebok Education and have a Diploma in Exercise Science through the Institute of Fitness Professionals. I specialize in overall fitness and body shaping concentrating on Cardio Respiratory Endurance and Muscle Definition. I train individuals as well as partners or pairs and also run a Bootcamp style Cardio and Abs session once a week. I am also a qualified Cycle Instructor and as well as the indoor cycling, offer out on the road sessions for those wanting to improve on the cycling technique and endurance. I work with a variety of equipment including the new wave of exercise on the Powerplate. I believe that there is no short cut to getting fit and having the body you want, so I push each client to their top potential and never have a session where one is left feeling like they didn’t work. I understand each person is different and mould my programs to suite each individual. I believe as the concept of health and fitness changes we must change with it!

I did my personal Training Diploma in 2000. In 2001 I worked as a Personal Trainer on an exclusive cruise liner – The Silver Wind – and travelled around the United States Australia and Europe, where I was Introduced to Pilates. I returned to South Africa at the end of 2001. Fascinated by what I had learnt about Pilates, I registered for the course and completed it in 2002.
I design home workouts using basic exercise equipment and their own body weight. My clients can exercise at a time and pace that is most suitable for them.

I am an enthusiastic, hard working and dedicated person. I have a passion for the fitness industry and enjoy sharing knowledge with others. I have a passion for people and love helping others to achieve their goals whatever they may be. I believe that being active is a very important part of life no matter what your age. Without health you have nothing.
